Dreamteam
Never change a winning Team
Anja Jahn, born in 1968, is a rare kind of portrait photographer. Her images are marked by a special intimacy. She takes time with her subjects and approaches them with feeling and respect. Jahn graduated in Photography from Bournemouth University in England in 1996 and continued to learn her craft by assisting Will McBride and Tony Maestri. She admires the work of Nan Goldin, Diane Arbus, Michael Ackermann, Sally Mann and Francesca Woodman. Since 2000, she has worked as a freelance photographer, specialized in Portraiture, in Barcelona and Frankfurt am Main, where she lives with her family.
